Data Deletion

You can remove your data from Prismcast at any time, without contacting us.

Remove one connected account

In the app open Settings → Connections (or that platform's tab) and press Remove next to the account. Its stored tokens are deleted immediately; your other accounts are untouched.

Delete your entire account

Open Settings → Account → Delete account, confirm with your password, and type DELETE. Your profile, connected accounts and tokens, posts, schedules, media and records are erased immediately and permanently. Use Export my data on the same page first if you want a copy.

Revoke access from the platform's side

You can also remove Prismcast from Facebook (Settings → Apps and Websites), Instagram, Google (account permissions), X, LinkedIn, TikTok and the other platforms' own app settings. Posts already published stay on those platforms until you delete them there.

Cannot sign in?

Email privacy@softbrane.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will erase your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
