Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Prismcast, a service operated by softBrane (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Prismcast you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Prismcast helps you write content with AI and publish it to the platforms you connect, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord and Google Business Profile, on a schedule you control. Features depend on your plan and on what each platform's API allows.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in details accurate and private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for anyone you let use it. Tell us at support@softbrane.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Accounts you connect

You must own, or be authorised to manage, every page, profile, channel and account you connect, and you must follow each platform's own terms and policies (for example Meta's Platform Terms, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the YouTube Terms of Service). Where you register your own developer app with a platform, that platform's developer terms apply to you directly.

4. Your content and AI drafts

You own the content you create and publish. AI drafts can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable — review every post before it publishes. You are the publisher of everything that goes out through Prismcast, and you are responsible for it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Prismcast to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harmful content, to send spam, to manipulate platforms (fake engagement, coordinated inauthentic behaviour), or to break any platform's rules or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Plans, trials and payment

New accounts start with a free trial of 14 days. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; some plans include a one-time account-linking fee, shown before you buy. Publishing pauses if a plan lapses; your data is kept so you can resume. Refunds follow the softBrane refund policy. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. Any API fees a platform charges for your own developer app are billed by that platform, not by us.

7. Third-party platforms and providers

Prismcast relies on the official APIs of the platforms you connect and on third-party AI providers. Platforms can change or withdraw API access at any time; we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or policy changes, and a feature may stop working if a platform removes it.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account; deletion is immediate and permanent. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, with notice where practical.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes; continuing to use Prismcast after they take effect means you accept them.
